FAQ

Questions restoration contractors ask.

What is IntelligenceClaim?

+
IntelligenceClaim is claim intelligence software for restoration and roofing contractors. It connects to Encircle and CompanyCam, pulls in your projects and every PDF report your team attaches (Xactimate estimates, mitigation, equipment, photo reports), reads it all against IICRC standards and carrier rejection patterns, and surfaces findings your team can consider. Teams on the platform recover 10 to 15 percent more per claim on average. Your team always reviews each finding and decides what belongs in the final submission.

Who has the final say on what gets submitted?

+
Your team. IntelligenceClaim surfaces findings, drafts rebuttals and flags rejection risks. Nothing is submitted on your behalf. Every finding goes through PM approval before it lands in the claim, and every rebuttal draft is yours to edit or discard.

Which tools does IntelligenceClaim integrate with?

+
IntelligenceClaim connects to CompanyCam and Encircle. Your team already imports projects and attaches PDF reports there (Xactimate estimates, mitigation, equipment, photo reports and more), and IntelligenceClaim reads them all. Your admin signs in once for each tool. Takes a minute.

How much more do contractors recover per claim?

+
Teams on IntelligenceClaim recover 10 to 15 percent more per claim on average. The lift comes from line items the analyzer surfaces before submission and from rebuttal drafts that cite the exact photo evidence and IICRC clause the carrier tends to accept. Your team reviews and approves every finding before it goes into the claim, so the number reflects what your PMs chose to include.

How does the Learning Network work?

+
Every claim submission and carrier response on the network is anonymized and combined into carrier specific patterns. When a State Farm adjuster rejects a Cat 3 moisture claim in Texas, that pattern is deployed to every other contractor’s next analysis. Your data stays yours. The pattern that helps the network is anonymized and aggregated.

How long does it take to get started?

+
Most contractors are live in under an hour and see their first flagged claim inside 24 hours. There is no workflow migration. Your team keeps working in CompanyCam, Encircle and Xactimate the way they already do. IntelligenceClaim just reads what already flows out of that stack.

How does IntelligenceClaim handle rebuttals?

+
When a carrier pushes back on a line item, IntelligenceClaim assembles a rebuttal draft grounded in photo evidence, technician notes and the specific IICRC clause that supports the finding. Your team reviews, edits and sends the rebuttal in your own voice. Estimators save about 3 hours per claim on rebuttal drafting.

Is my claim data private?

+
Yes. Claim data is isolated per contractor. Learned patterns are anonymized and aggregated before they help any other contractor on the network. SOC 2 program is in progress and encryption at rest and in transit is enforced by default.

Does IntelligenceClaim work for roofing contractors?

+
Yes. Any contractor who submits carrier claims and uses CompanyCam or Encircle can use IntelligenceClaim (Xactimate estimates are read as PDF reports attached to your projects). The Learning Network tracks carrier patterns by damage type, so roofing storm and hail claims benefit from the same rejection pattern intelligence as water restoration.

What does it cost?

+
Pricing is sized to your monthly claim volume. Every plan starts with a 20 minute demo so we can match a tier to how your team already runs. See the pricing page for the three tiers and book a call to size it correctly.

How is this different from Xactimate?

+
Xactimate is your estimating tool. IntelligenceClaim reads the Xactimate PDF report your team attached to the project in Encircle or CompanyCam and reviews it against the carrier’s actual approval history for that damage type. Xactimate does not know the pattern of what State Farm has recently rejected on Cat 3 HEPA scrubber line items in your region. IntelligenceClaim tracks that pattern and surfaces it so your team can decide how to handle the next claim.
